2. Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Clients are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Clients must provide at least 1 day notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• No-shows may result in full payment being charged or loss of deposit.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include both offline and online payments..

5. Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services. We maintain a clean and hygienic environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

6. Liability

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from treatments if accurate medical history and information were not disclosed. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
